(Step 2 — Ongoing Portal)

Throughout the year — for follow-up documents, signing returns, receiving completed returns, and secure messaging

Upload missing items, sign returns electronically, download completed returns, message our team

Step 1 — Intuit Link | Initial Document Gathering

Step 1: Check your email for an invitation from Intuit Link (look in Spam/Junk if not found)

Step 2: Click the link in the email — it opens your secure document checklist for our firm

Step 3: Create a free Intuit account or log in with your existing Intuit/TurboTax account

Step 4: Review the document checklist we prepared for you — it lists exactly what we need

Step 5: Upload documents by clicking each item → 'Upload' → select files from your computer or phone

Step 6: Answer any intake questions we included in the checklist

Step 7: Click 'Submit' when complete — we receive a notification that your documents are ready

How to Sign In: Visit portal.michellsoele.cpa and use the email address you provided to our firm. Watch for our email with your temporary password

Portal Layout Overview: Once inside, find your navigation along the top or side. 'Documents' is for uploading and downloading files, 'Tax Returns & Firm Documents' is for items we are sending to you securely, and 'Messages' is for reaching corresponding securely.

Uploading Documents: Simply click 'Documents', then 'Upload' to select files from your computer or mobile device. This is the safest way to send sensitive tax information.

Downloading Returns: Your final tax documents will be stored in the 'Tax Returns & Frim Documents' section for your records. Click on the file names to download and save them locally.
